This cake topper didn't turn out exactly as I had expected with the font making the name slightly unclear. However, when I contacted the shop and asked for help, they were very quick to respond and after seeing the photos I shared they willingly helped by sending a replacement in a different font. They even added in a replacement for another topper that I had ordered and by my own error it was completely the wrong design. I was so incredibly thankful for both being replaced, and completely free of charge. Thank you SO much! I have used this shop multiple times and will continue to do so into the future. Shipping is always great, with the product arriving safely and in one piece. And the product is quality. It is not flimsy and I've used the ones for my kids multiple times over already. :)
