Hi there. Just wanted to say how lovely your pieces are. This is the second one I’ve purchased. I used mine for my wedding and now I’m using this for my brothers wedding. Absolutely love it.


I ordered my sign on the 20/3 and after not hearing anything for weeks I sent a msg on the 5/4. This took days to get an answer, this is when I was told the product should be on its way and I'd get a tracking... after another email on my behalf days later I said "any word on the tracking?" I got an apology email and a refund saying the work shop had not sent or made my items yet?!?!? If I was told this at the beginning it would be fine but to be told this less than 2 weeks out from my wedding (a fact I put in my first email) is unacceptable! 😡😡😡😡
